-> Proven success leading technical teams including software developers, database administrators, and analysts.
-> Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
-> Hands-on experience in mobile software development experience in Android & iOS and web technologies.
-> 3-5 years of experience as Senior Lead/ Tech. Lead in delivery of Enterprise Mobile Applications.
-> Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
-> Comprehensive understanding of the software development life-cycle
-> Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
-> Responsible for successfully executing client-facing projects to deliver, configure, and integrate products.
-> Communicate with technical and non-technical team and actively participate in implementing the Software Suite for our clients.
-> Delivery of all projects ensuring schedule, quality and customer satisfaction.
-> Responsible for change request management, compliance and risk management.
-> Mentor and develop the key leads to be effective leaders of their teams.
-> Develop road maps for our current/new products considering new technologies and needs.
Educational Qualifications:
-> Engineering Degree is a must (B.Tech/B.E./ BE, MCS, MCA, MSc, CDAC) preferably specialization in IT/ Computers.
-> A Master's degree in a related discipline also is a plus.
