Position: IMS Testing
Experience: 3- 5 yrs
Qualification: BE/BTech with 70% though out academics
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in a test role Good Programming skills in one or two of the following is required: C/C++, Perl, Tcl/Tk IMS domain knowledge (SIP, RTP, RTCP and related 3GPP IMS protocols) is required
- Good background in one or more of following areas: CDMA2000, 1xEV-DO (Rev 0/A/B), LTE
- Understanding of wireless data protocol stacks including RLP, PPP, IP, TCP, IPV6, MIPV6, etc.
- Understanding of software development and testing concepts for wireless handsets for various air interface standards
Responsibilities:
- Job responsibilities include Protocol level functional testing, stress testing, scoping out feature design documents and specs and coming up with best strategies and test plans; executing test strategies and test plans, developing and automation of test scripts, log analysis, troubleshooting/analyzing problems, optimizing system performance, improving the stability of the product and supporting customers with product commercialization.
- Candidate may work closely with customer to perform test and resolve issues.
- Will conduct engineering tests and detailed in depth analysis of failures and experimental testing to improving the quality of QC's ASIC products.
- Job may require infrequent travel to conduct IOT at infrastructure labs for features.
- Candidate will be working with a multi-discipline team (Software Development, System Design, Customer Support, ASIC Design, etc.) to integrate , test and commercialize QCT products.
- Successful candidate must have strong communication skills, must be an effective team player, and be able to work independently.
