Required skill - SAP Basis Administrators (L2/L3) with HANA Certification
6 – 12 Years of experience in core SAP Basis technology
Job Description
- Should have good knowledge of both SAP ABAP & J2EE Netweaver 7.3/7.4 environments including their architecture, internals and tuning areas
- Should be familiar in applying support packs in both ABAP and J2EE environments using SUM tool in netweaver 7.31 and Up
- Should be having some experience in installation or migration of SAP ABAP/J2EE using SWPM (preferred)
- Should be highly conversant is performance tuning and end to end troubleshooting and creating RCA (L2)
- Should have experience in SAP Administration using Oracle Database
- Should have worked in Unix (must) and Windows environment
- Knowledge of Workflows (preferred) and queue management is a must
- Perform all basis tasks and should be able to monitor and keep the SAP systems in a healthy stage within given KPI’s
- Should be able to work in SLA based ticketing environment
- Should be able to mentor and guide a team of L1 resources for service delivery and ability to work as a group
- Configuration of SAP solution manager 7.1 for alerts (preferred)
- Good attitude, commitment and communication skills
- Preparation of run books and SOP’s
- Should be ready to work in 3 Shifts in a Six day week on rote including Night shifts as per polices currently in force
- Certification of HANA with around 1 yr of exp. as min. is required. The more, the better.
