Purpose & Scope
Design and implementation of an effective Performance Management
System for employees with clearly identified Role Definitions &
Descriptions (RDD), deliverables, KRA and KPI and
ensure adherence to Schedule in line with the company's business objectives.
Duties & Deliverables
1. Facilitate in preparation of RDD’s for all the unique positions in
the organization, followed by preparation of RDD’s for employees in
executive cadre.
2. Induct Balance Score card
3. Ensure in creating quality KRAs adhering to SMART concept for all
the unique positions to ensure that they are in line with the department &
organizational goals
4. Designing and conducting awareness programs on PMS.
5. Develop Appraisal Management Systems for annual appraisal ,
normalization and release of increment letters in time
6. To prepare a HR note based on the Analysis of the ratings received
7. Ensure timely completion of probation assessment for employees
under probation period
8. To
maintain employee performance data maintenance
9. To address PMS related queries and Performance related issues with
respect to employees and counsel them
10. Develop and monitor KPI’s of the employees and counsel to
facilitate their continued development.
11. To track
employee achievements through KPI’s and ensure KPI data is updated in time
12. Identify training and development needs of the various departments
and plan their training and development and follow up implementation.

Education
and Experience
Post Graduate in Management Degree from Premier
Business School preferably with specialization in Human Resource with minimum
of 10-15 years of experience.
