Person should have at least 3-6 years of experience in designing & developing Web applications using ASP.NET with C# preferably with the below criteria.

- Good experience in HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS and XML is a must
- Good hands on writing SQL Server Stored Procedures is a must
- Knowledge on ASP.NET AJAX is a must
- Should have worked on web services, Design patterns
- Should be good in Design and Web development/Object oriented programming.
- Proven experience on Software Development Life Cycle Processes
- Experience of source control tools
- Strong logical and analytical skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in translating Functional specs into Technical designs
- Be a key mentor to improve functional and technical skills of team members who need the knowledge
- Take initiatives to add value to the organization/department/project with new innovations
- Act up to client satisfaction as one of the most important objectives
Desirable skills:-
- Experience in any application framework ORM tools like EF, nhibernate
- Financial Services/ Fleet management background with experience of server side high-volume transaction based systems
- Certifications in Microsoft technologies.
