Job Description:
- Hands on exp in Robotic Simulation of Large scale Projects in BIW Line engineering using Process Simulate & Robcad
- Working experience in Process Simulate, Process Designer & Robcad
- Knowledge of from Process Design, preparation/updating process layout, 3D Fixture Designs and Manufacturing Support
- Process design for various BIW assemblies & sub-assemblies.
- Overview of designing, detailing, manufacturing of BIW Welding Fixtures for various vendors.
- Overview of Robotic Simulation & accessibility study for Welding Robots & Guns for BIW , cycle time analysis
- Knowledge of Design of grippers, weld gun arms and air-circuit design.
- Knowledge of UG/CATIA/FIDES
