Designation: Executive-Front Office
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Greeting Clients & Customers, directing them to the concerned department
- Connecting regular calls & Conference calls.
- Prepare List of ISD & Local Calls made from EPBAX
- Has to arrange - "Cab Bookings, Hotel Room Reservations, Guest House Bookings, Flight, Train & Bus Bookings & conference rooms bookings.
- Scanning Documents & Business Card
- Coordinate with courier services for Dispatching requisite documents/materials and handle their payments.
- Lodging complaints with concerned Service Providers as & when found a problem & see to it that the problem gets resolved at the earliest.
Desired Profile:
- The incumbent should be an Graduate with min. 2 yrs. of experience in handling Front Office activities and should possess
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
