Job Description:
- Study of Process plan, clamp plan
- Concept design for BIW Welding Fixtures and Grippers
- Creation of Manufacturing drawings & BOM in KSL
- Study of Input received from customer thoroughly.
- Design the Rough concept as per the Design Guidelines.
- Preparation of 3D Model, Detail Drawing & BOM of the fixture.
- Work co-ordination with quality team to ensure quality and on time delivery.
- Creation of Weld Plan, Clamp Plan & Ergonomic Study, Project Execution with hands on concept design and Creation of Manufacturing Drawings.
- Co-ordination with the Simulation Team for checking and approval of Design.
- Preparation of deliverables
- Quality Control- Checking of 3D Model and 2D drawings
