Position          NX CAM Postprocessor Developer
Experience     5.00 to 6.00 yrs

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with engineering project team and/or Integrated Project team for the Ensuring time, cost & quality of deliverables adhered within the team.
• To interact with the customer to understand the requirements, attend customer meetings.
• Offering on the job training and Mentor/train team on technical and non technical skills/aspects.
• Support for Continuous Improvements with Resource and implementation of various initiatives

Domain Experience:

Knowledge of Power Generation equipments – Steam/Gas turbine & Generator fundamentals

Technical  Skills Required:

• CAM programming - High Speed Milling,3Axis and 5 Axis Milling programming
• Custom tool development & Tool data registration
• Experience in exporting tools into Vericut
• CAM Programming & Machining experience on Turbine blades, Casings added advantage

Candidate’s Profile:

• Bachelors or Masters (or equivalent) in Mechanical engineering from an accredited university / college.
• 5+ years of experience in NX CAM programming
