Unix/Linux,Apache/Tomcat,Jboss,Java concept are the skills we require in the candidate
Job Description
- JBoss Admin with Level 2 Support.Configuration & Troubleshooting of Apache, Tomcat, JBoss.
- Basic knowledge of Linux operating system.
- Profound knowledge in JBoss4.X, 5.x & 7.x and Tomcat.
- Has good knowledge on Middleware architecture.
- Good at the Installation, configuration, and maintenance of JBoss and Apache/Tomcat family of products.
- Should have experience in Upgrades from lower version to higher version.
- The datasource subsystem - Understand database connection pools and strong knowledge on datasource subsystem configuration.
- The logging subsystem - Configure the logging subsystem, including configuring the built-in handlers and loggers.
- The web subsystem - Configure the HTTP and HTTPS Connectors, and configure an AJP Connector.
- Fine tuning of JBoss server - e.g. HeapMemory, Garbage Collection, logging-enable/disable etc.
- Taking Heap Dump, Thread Dump, list Thread Cpu Utilization etc.
- Good to deploys applications, migrates, performance tunes, troubleshoots and resolves application services, maintains security, and automates routine procedures through scripting.
- Experience supporting on JBoss and Apache/Tomcat family of products family of products in clustered environments for high availability including performance tuning.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, communication and presentation skills. Candidate must be a strong team player.
- Basic knowledge of Shell scripting.
- Basic knowledge of Networking concepts.
