Oracle Administrator & Consultant- C2H @Noida

  • Apply technology and operational best practices in designing, development and implementation standards and capabilities to enable highly available, scalable and reliable Oracle SSO/OID platform infrastructure
  • Listen to, prioritize, document requests and issues, and drive immediate service restoration, resolution and follow-up on root cause/problem
  • Develop monitoring, dashboards, escalations and alerts. Ensure pro-active monitoring and early detection of issues and outages
  • Support EBS and other Oracle technology project teams with their SSO/OID integration needs
  • Partner with LDAP/SiteMinder SSO team to ensure smooth synchronization and orchestrated support between both authentication technologies
  • Follow incident management and change management processes, create run books 
  • Provide support as part of 24/7 support team 
  • Participate in on-call rotations for tier 3 emergency events and escalations 
  • Deliver improvements and efficiencies in operational practices
  • Build and manage automation solutions that will support, enhance and grow Oracle SSO/OID platform

Qualifications / Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or Engineering or 4 years of IT technical experience
  • Minimum 5 years of IT professional experience
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience with Oracle SSO, OID and OAM technologies
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience with Oracle database technology
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite (EBS) technology
  • Minimum 3 years of IT infrastructure, networking and platform management experience
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware technology

Desired Characteristics
  • Experience with LDAP and/or SiteMinder will be a highly desired
  • Experience with implementing Monitoring tools (e.g. OEM)
  • Strong background with IT Ops processes and ITIL standards
  • Self-starter - requires minimal direction to accomplish goals
  • Strong track record of understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies demonstrated through training, job experience and / or industry activities
  • Strong team player – collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources
  • Strong analytical and strong problem solving skills - communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information / data to make decisions, anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve, creates actionable strategies and operational plans
