Position Title: Costing Lead
Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Cost engineers
- Planning, execution, monitoring and taking corrective actions as when required.
- Review and approve tooling cost and piece cost estimates
- Preparing business proposals and presentations in costing and making presentation
Qualification:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering and/or MBA from an accredited university
- Total : 10-12 years of OEM/ large tier 1, experienced in manufacturing and costing environment
- Min 7 years of Piece Cost and Tooling cost Estimation Experience of different commodities
- Experienced on manufacturing process like Sheet Metal, Plastics, Casting, Forging, Assembly and machining
- Exposure to NX.
- Excellent relationship building skills.
- Ability to productively manage change
- Excellent communication skills (Oral and Written)
- Excellent MS Office skills (Advance Excel usage)
