Accountable for making the
BDG team aware of various regulations pertaining to electricity supply,
distribution, open access and others
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sharing Information related to various regulations framed
by Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) / State Electricity
Regulatory Commission (SERC)

|
Making sure the BDG team adheres to the pertaining
regulations
|
|
5.
|
Documenting all the regulations pertaining to the business
development group
|
|
6.
|
Coordination with all the people in the department related
to the compliance of regulations
|
|
7.
|
Prepare Periodic MIS reports and submit to the Seniors
|

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:
The position reports to the Senior General Manager

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
None
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
A Graduate / Post Graduate
with minimum 5-10 years of exposure in Electricity Regulatory issues would be
preferred.
